A SHARED VISION FOR NEET YOUNG PEOPLE
IAF's trustee board is made up of 4 local volunteers who act as an extension of our staff team. We benefit from their professional expertise, insights and hard work to support our mission and continued growth.
Just like IAF's team, they believe in opening doors for young people so they can thrive in the East Midlands and lead happy, healthy and independent lives. We are united by our theory of change and the successful contribution we have made to young people's lives, our wider community and the local economy.

The IAF Youth Board informs our ongoing project development by elevating ideas and feedback, direct from our front-line programmes and service users, to ensure our projects continue to meet and reflect local need. Meeting quarterly, the board consists of a combination of leadership roles and location based reps which support our youth-led activities.

The Inspire and Achieve Foundation are a registered charity in the UK and are accountable to the Charity Commission (no. 1129402) and Companies House (no. 06849534). IAF secures funding through a range of statutory grants, trusts and foundations, contracts with local education providers and corporate sponsors.
Matrix accreditation & quality assurance
IAF is committed to providing a high quality service for all who access our programmes and information, advice and guidance (IAG). Alongside our internal processes overseen by our quality and compliance manager, our work is assessed and accredited by the independent Matrix quality standard for information, advice and guidance services.
