IAF awarded £9000 Romo Community Fund grant

Romo, a leading textile and wallcovering business based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, have announced outcome of the 2023 Romo Community Fund and IAF were delighted to be awarded £9000 alongside a fellow local organisation, the Indigo Brave Enterprise.

The Romo Community Fund 2023 is a grant program to provide much needed funding to local charitable organisations or projects. With the help of the Nottinghamshire Community Foundation, Romo staff panel members decided how this year’s community fund should be allocated. Six charities were invited to Romo’s Head Office to meet a staff panel and explain the local projects they need support in funding. ‘All six of the shortlisted applicants were fantastic and all very worthy causes' said Samantha Woodward, a Romo Customer Service Administrator, who took part in the panel discussion, 'It was a very hard decision to reach with the panel'.
