In 2023, ROMO awarded IAF funding through it's Nottinghamshire Community Foundation fund in support of young people participating in the King’s Trust Team programme. The AnXiety project created significant opportunities for 34 young people to gain insight into the professional world and working alongside the IAF, ROMO facilitated workplace tours for young people on our programme and mock interviews. of young people supported entered into education, employment or training. of
